However, the class allowed me to slow down and make time to dig a little deeper with each of the steps that lead to true contentment. “Regard[ing] the Contentment Masterclass, for that I cannot thank you enough. In fact, I think it is the perfect follow on to The Road to Le Papillon; the instruction manual, if you will, for how to do it oneself. Though I read every post and listen to every podcast, I think the course is a fantastic tool to put it all together in a coherent, approachable way . . . I purchased the recommended books (another thank you!) and am slowly reading Transcend: The New Science of Self-Actualization. Wow, it is a fantastic book with so much valuable information. My plan is to read the recommended books as they are introduced. Thus I will savor, savor, savor my way slowly through the course. After many years of resistance I am taking your instruction to journal. It still feels a bit awkward/vulernable to put my thoughts on paper; but I am open to the process now and interested to see what insights will be revealed to me as I write and, later, review.
